At the helm of a leading health and wellness company, I have spent many years training people on naturopathic health care and nutrition. In the process of studying, developing, practicing and teaching the principles of holistic and naturopathic health care, I have worked hard to extract precious knowledge from the best health authorities in the world and merged it with my knowledge of naturopathy as a philosophy whereby the body has the power to heal itself. I have come to realize that health is life itself and that we must do all we can to take charge of our health through a healthy lifestyle.

My passion in holistic health care and naturopathy lies in the central belief that nature has a healing power and that the human body has the power to maintain or return to a state of balance and health, and to heal itself even in the face of the most serious illnesses.

I thought it would be interesting to share these insights more widely through my own website in the hope of getting more people thinking and learning about the issues that affect their health. Cheers to a life of good health and true happiness!

Recently during one of my public health talks, I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Seah Chee Seng, a renowned Singapore plastic surgeon from the Sincere Health Care Group. We had a little pleasant exchange and when I told him that I am from Best World, he said "Oh, Best World. Your company makes very good skincare products. "  Curious, I asked: "How did  you come to know about this?" .Dr. Seah told me that  some of his patients use DRs Secret.  He told me that  our product has shown remarkably good results in getting rid of melasma, freckles, age spots and other pigmentation problems "safely and without using any medicated ingredient such as  tretinoin or hydroquinone."

It's about all of you

The philosophy of holistic medicine looks at health and well-being as something that involves the whole person – body, mind and soul. Practitioners of modern medicine focus on treating a particular disease. There's a cardiologist for heart problems, a dermatologist for skin condition or an oncologist for cancer treatment options.

Lately, I have been thinking a lot about this "patient" and my concern overwhelms me. This patient is so ill that its symptoms are raging and seemingly out of control. This patient is not human however. The patient I refer to is our sick Mother Earth. We hear of recent disasters like the devastating Japan tsunami and suddenly we are reminded of just how ill the earth is. Dirty air, global warming, polluted waters, and toxic wastes are just a few of the maladies of our very sick earth. In the same analogy, if I were approached as a doctor to resolve this condition, I would be in a quandary as to what to do.

It is amazing how many people still do not know the importance of water for staying in the pink of health. Think for a moment and consider the facts: the human body contains 75% water, making it the body's transport system to nutrients around it as well as carries waste out of it. Water breaks down food, keeps your body temperature balanced and your skin elastic. We can live for weeks without food but only a few days without water.

6. "I aspire for good health."

People often talk about "business management" & "finance management". Seldom do we hear about "health management". So, why is "health management" important? Adopting the right lifestyle can help you cope with the stress and pressures of the modern world.

What do you want?
A great job? A fulfilling relationship? Wealth and success? Or maybe all of these? We look for any or all of these in our constant search for happiness. Happiness is an integral part of the success you want to achieve in life. You need not be wealthy, famous or beautiful to be happy in life. Life's success can be found anywhere if you know how to discover it.
